For the GREEN, BLUE, GRAY, MAROON AND BEIGE apartments, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack is available.

For the RED and ORANGE apartments, the washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron are provided inside.

In every apartment smoking is forbidden

At the time of booking we ask for a 30% deposit which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The balance will be paid at the end of the stay.

In case of cancellation of the reservation received not more than 15 days from check-in, the deposit will be returned.
